Saddle Bags - Weird front end wobble

I purchased some Viking Bags hard saddle bags and EZ brackets and mounted my new saddle bags. Just looking for any help. Now with the saddle bags on when I remove my hands from the wheel the handlebars jerk back and forth. Should I maybe try mounting them differently or do you think this is just something I will have to put up with? Thank you!

No.
Just don't take your hands off the wheel.
Duh.

Wait, you have a steering wheel on your bike?

I'm so confused.
Never mind.

Did you take your hands off of the bars before you got the saddlebags? I would guess that the saddlebags are completely unrelated to the front end wobble. The only thing I can even remotely imagine them doing that might cause that is if they somehow managed to shift weight further to the rear of the bike just enough to lighten the load on the front wheel.

how much weight are you putting in the bags? How heavy are the bags? Only way I could see this really affecting steering is if you were pulling substantial weight off the front wheel and it's floating. you may have some minor buffeting from the wind as the bags are wider than the bikes.

More fun to ride it than wash it.

Check your steering head bearings may need to be tightened
