my ride* sozuki c50 2014 boss.
I just drilled hole in exhaust and bike jerks at low rpm.*
As I got its because of removed airflow restriction from exhaust and engine runs lean.
Its injector type not carburetor , any advice ??**

you need a tuner

03 Volusia
Cobra Streetrod Slashdown Exhaust (minus top tip), jet kit, light bar, highway bar, Switchblade 2-up

If you wanna know where the lower shore is, just head to the end of the earth and hang a left, 2 blocks over and your there

Truthfully, the factory exhausts are tuned, and once modified, the fuel delivery system will likely require the addition of a fuel controller unit to re-balance the fuel injection system.
The best fuel controller that I'm aware of is sold by a Washington State, USA vendor, (GMAN Industries) and the control panel actually mounts to the handlebar.
There are less expensive fuel controllers available from other sources, however, one receives what one pays for, hence go with the best.

How big of a hole did you drill?

I drilled 4 -- 1/2" holes in final baffle of each pipe......And have no issues at all.
And got the increased sound i was looking for.

Thanks chrome! ..It's what I wanted to hear! How deep did you go with the holes?
I drilled through the baffles on my Kawi 1700 awhile back and added an expert told me I needed a tuner.
I have seen some u-toobs where folks have just gone thru the back plate and were satisfied with the new sound.
Ride safe.
