I've done a bit of searching on google and this site and I can't seem to locate an owners or service manual .pdf for this bike... Mine did not come with one when I bought it...
I own a 2003 Volusia also and I have two manuals, one is a Haynes manual and the other one is a Clymer manual.
Even though I live in UK I had to purchase mine online from the USA, so they are out there.
Hope you find something soon.
Steve.
Hi volusiagb. Is one or the other of the manuals, Clymer or Haynes, better than the other? I recently purchased at 2004 Volusia VL800 and am considering getting one.
Thanks

I, too, need one for my 2003 VL800. I have seen them around at various shops, and on line on ebay (a few there). I have yet to purchase one, but I remember them being around $30.00 (maybe slightly higher). Try ebay!
Just about to store my C50 2004 for the winter, Only have it a few months. Can somebody suggest the best engine oil to use. Oils range from low to high price wise, and I just want to get the best one to suit the C50. Also is it adviseable to let the frame rest on wooden blocks rather than on the side stand for the winter period.
Thanks
john
