Resizing pics

Can you or anyone tell me how to get some pics from my Kodak gallery into my personel gallery? Ive all but given up on trying to figure it out. Even my wife is having troubles, and shes quite a bit more computer savvy then I. Thank you.

so if the maximum size allowed is 80 x 80 how did you get your 140 x 140 avatar in?

ive tried everything in my limited power to do avatars, photo albums etc. nothing ever works. not even this link. i tried, everything seemed to be going well, and at the very end it said "photo not eligible" or something like that. i just give up. i can throw a pic or two into a thread every blue moon so ill stick with that
