C50T in Floral Park, NY

On my way to the store saw a 2011 or 12 two tone C50T on Covert ave. Textile jacket with full face, bike looked showroom new. I live a few minutes from there, would be nice to have a forum member in the neighborhood.

grew up in Hicksville.. although moved to Ct as a 20 something in 74... Believe Vortex1x lives in Syosset. Good guy...send him a pm....better yet... ride w/him to the MayBay Rally we are having here in May. Was just back on the island last weekend for a funeral out in suffolk. Came to the realization "again" I don't miss it. Miss the conviences, but not the traffic or rat race pace. Ride safe and have a good riding season.

Whats the big hurry...slow down and enjoy the ride!

Small world

My wife came from Hicksville. I couldn't handle the Island 40 years ago & it hasn't gotten any better as far as we're concerned. I came from the Berkshires. We moved to Vermont. Hope to meet you during Maybay. Won't be staying in Lenox. It's only 1 1/2 hour ride down or I'll meet up on the road if you are heading north.

Just east of nowhere & next to nothing

I live in Patchogue.

VTJohn, you are right about the traffic. The most difficult part of any bike trip is getting off Long Island.

I live in Brooklyn. I consider anything within 50 mile radius to be my neighborhood, lol.

You got that right, Rich! Sharon and I visited her family in Oyster Bay in 2010 and it was **** getting out!

How are you, my friend?
