Shoo Fly Pie Run - DATE CHANGED to Saturday, Oct.26th

Itís getting late in the season...we need to ride for pie!

Letís meet at the Village Farmer and Bakery at noon so we have time to nap in the afternoon while watching some football.

Iíll be at the commuter lot off Exit 17 on I84 at 8:45 to meet anyone coming from CT. KSU at 9am, with a quick stop at the PA Welcome Center before heading onto the bakery.

Tagged.....maybe one I can finally make it to.

I think a lot of places now are going with this new idea of celebrating Halloween on the weekend versus the actual Oct 31st...suppose to be safety related for the kids.

Whats the big hurry...slow down and enjoy the ride!

don't really get it either...most kids wait till dark before heading out...what does it matter whether its saturday or sunday or any day during the week...its still going to be dark when they are out ...probably less traffic in ones neighborhood at night in the middle of the week versus on the weekend... whatever...I'm sure commercialism has something to do with this idea more so than safety.

Whats the big hurry...slow down and enjoy the ride!

Now consider this. Maybe they have it earlier so the sugar fit wears off before bedtime and then mommy can get some rest that night.
