I just picked up another wet bottom shoofly for $5. An Amish guy asked me if I knew how to eat it. I said tell me. He said to take the pie and flip it onto a plate, then cut it, then put the upside down piece in the microwave for 15 seconds so the molasses melts down into the rest of the pie. Sounds like a great idea.
