Welcome to the site. My son just purchased a low mileage (3,000 miles) used 2006 C50 last year, so the memories are still somewhat fresh. We did not have any maintenance records and consequently assumed nothing had been done.
We changed oil, coolant, rear drive shaft, and brake fluid.
Checked but did not replace the air filter,
Installed a SS brake line,
Lubed the rear propeller gear,
Adjusted the clutch,
Checked brake pad wear- both front and back were ok (your fronts may be getting close)
Lubed the ignition switch,
Did a valve adjustment, and while we were at it - replaced spark plugs,
We have not replaced tires yet- checked and saw no cracking. I replaced my OEM tires at 13,000 miles, so those may need to be replaced soon.
The battery had recently been replaced so nothing done there- while the OEM batteries have experienced long life, I'd keep an eye on it if yours is an original.
