We're having a spectacular stretch of weather here in the Northeast. BearBait and I naturally took a ride today to enjoy it together.

I'm still learning how to be a good passenger. One of the benefits of being a 'back seat,' though, is having a hand free to take photographs. :)

I snapped this one today on a little back road in the heights of the Greene County Catskills. It sums up the day and the experience pretty well.

Not sure I'm ready for the leaves to be changing, but they're doing it anyway. LOL!

Great weekend for a ride, no colors changing here yet. Didn't see a lot from 36,000 feet this week either.

This would have been a perfect weekend for OctVRfest in New England........Grrrrrr

Awesome weekend for riding! I had a final car show at Faneuil Hall on Saturday (spectacular) and took the bike out to the shop (the long route) on Sunday. No color changes here yet, but seeing some hints. It was really hard to stop at the shop, wanted to keep riding. Thought about riding into work today while the weather is still summer-like, but the stop and go traffic would just ruin the ride. Maybe I'll see if I can sneak out early and take a spin. I haven't ridden more than a handful of times this summer due to health issues. Felt GREAT to be out yesterday and it cleared some of the cobwebs that have been growing in the head. Wind therapy is the best therapy!

Here's hoping for a warm fall season and more opportunities to ride. Be safe out there everyone!

Hey Kurt, was that your group that was doing a show in Mansfield airport on August 17 and or 18th of this year? I drove by and thought of you. I almost went in but I had my parents and we were on a quest to save money during the tax free weekend. If so, you are about 3 miles from my new house.

Oh yeah, great time to ride... I didn't had yard work and commitments

Carl
