Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers. My head is still spinning from the trip. I will probably settle down when I wake up in the morning.

It was a fantastic trip that I will remember for the rest of my life.

30 days, 4135 miles and a birthday. What a Ride.

Many thanks to Woodswoman for resending my posts to the VR. Thank you Chris.

Buddy, it was my privilege. And sharing your story helped cheer a lot of people on this forum who, like me, are experiencing an inordinately long and trying winter.

Thank you for giving Doctor Pepper a great home, and -- this is key -- using him the way he was meant to be used, as a long-distance tourer.

You've come a long, long way from when I met you at the first OctoVRFest in Cooperstown. You have every right to be proud of yourself, Rich. You have just completed the kind of road trip that most of us will only dream of. Well done.

Love you, brother.

Glad you're home safe. Chris, what a fantastic job keeping us informed.
Rich, you are my hero.... I could never leave the wife for that long to have fun. LOL
Looking forward to seeing you again in Sept.

I can head East or West, it doesn't matter as long as it's on 2 wheels.
