Driving lights on a 2003 VL800 ??

Okay I have newly acquired "03" VL800 and am wanting to install a driving light bar with spots and turn signals. What kit has anyone used that bolts on with out major modifcation ?? Can you post a link ?

There are a lot of threads on yhe subject in the mods category. I made my own and it was just an afternoon and little $. The lights were my biggest expense.

I can head East or West, it doesn't matter as long as it's on 2 wheels.

I was able to find an nice used OEM kit on the Swap Meet here. They are also available on eBay from salvage yards. The nice thing about the OEM lights is that they are pretty much plug and play, with all the correct wiring and connections.

Many others have used aftermarket light kits and I’m sure will chime in. You may also chose this time to upgrade the driving lights with LED bulbs. I used an equivalent LED tractor bulb and the illumination they provide is awesome.
