Maybe this has been posted before, but I stumbled across this today. It is a complete parts breakdown of '01 thru '05 Volusia/Boulevard. It lists every part on the bike. I went ahead and printed on for my shop use (all 106 pages). It is a great reference for in the shop where the fiche is not right in front of you. I'm going to keep it with my shop manual.

Ok, and now I see the links don't work. I just googled vl 800 fuel pump and these pdf files showed up. Don't know why a cut and paste don't work. Maybe you have to type the URL. If you can find it and print it, it may be to your advantage. Maybe someone more computer savvy than I can provide a link..........I tried
