tonight at bike night I was showing skrapiorn the oil I have on the motor just under the parvalve .. and I was wondering if It was caused by me Overfilling the oil in the bike....we /HE traced it to the other side of the bike and to what may be a loose bolt.. ( I haven't checked it yet to see if it is loose ) ... My question is What is this bolt and would there be oil coming from behind it if loose ???
This is the bolt right under the football air cover...
My oil level is still good a bit more than 1/2 way in the site glass..

I'm going to have to wait till Sunday or Monday when we get back from camp.. to look at this more.. not going to start tearing into this tonight in the dark...

red, check ur valve covers. That crappy gasket they put in there may fail. I had oil down the side of the front jug, found the gasket was bad. Good luck.

I used the H word and bring it... I don't think they could make it all the way. Remember they are on a H..... |

Had an oil leak comming over the top of the front jug and found it to be a bad valve cover o ring. Replaced them all (thanks Psyco Dave) and haven't had a problem since.
