Hey Steve.. Yeah the 2 red wires control the 2 filaments. Just swap the 2 red wires- the HID should be on on LOW BEAM and the Halogen should be the flashy or high beam.
Kinda makes the high beam redundant as the HID is so much brighter Its my low and High.,. and if the ballast or bulb blows, you still have the halogen to get you home or whatever..
