The batwing I bought had a 9" shield. Think I need 12". What thickness lexan do you use that bends easily?

You said in a post you make your own windshields for the batwing. How do you make the lexan fit the curve? You have any pics of the lowers you made?

cool.. keep in mind if you are considering a trunk, sometimes they will get in the way of top opening bags. That's why I went with side loading MU's..
