Weird, but not unusual. It's not that you are "on a list"...some announcement threads are handled differently. If you posted a link in an announcement thread, it may require approval.

Went in and "validated your post Counter, since there was no reason for it to be flagged, that's probably why it didn't get reviewed (the great internet Catch-22. I assure you it's just some anomalyous glitch. Let me know if it's not wherever you put it.

This road was trashed by Hurricane Irene in late August. It was finally re-opened about a week ago (more than 4 months later), and a friend of mine who scouted it in her car says it's still barely passable.
