Go on buddy, its the only way to escape from hartdesease....
I was in the same situation and with the strict diet and lots of sport i manage to lost over 30 kg in a period of 3 years....i was first 106 kg now im around 70 kg..
So keep up what you started....and remember its easy to lost weight ....but its hard to keep the weight low
