So your cutting out about 20 percent of your caloric intake per day. That's some pretty strong will power. Glad to see you have been able to adapt to it.

I'm impressed, Joel. What you've done makes my measly 30-pound cut look pitiful. Good going, my friend!

What do you use to count your calories? I use myfitnesspal.com. They also have apps for Android and iPhone. I had lost 50lbs myself, but backslid a bit recently and gained almost 10 more back. I'm back in the gym 5 days/wk now and back to calorie counting. It sucks too, as I really really really want some pizza or burgers I'm only allowed 1480 cals a day for the 2lb/wk loss. I also try not to eat back the calories I work off in hopes that a larger deficit each week will only help, or in case I have a weak moment and need the extra calories one day. Great job on the weight loss, keep it up!

congrats...glad to see you stayed loyal to your program...one of the best memories of the rally was seeing a "new" you and sharing some stories with you about the journey and rewards of what was waiting at the end ...keep it up...you look great.
