Got some leftover roast beef, taters and carrots from supper last night.

I need to do something fellers. My gut is getting so big, I can't see my smiling face reflecting off my tank anymore.

I had the Big Nick sandwich at Mike's something or other in Kennelworth NJ. It was profiled on the food or travel channel. The Big Nick was about a 10" sub roll with mozzarella sticks, taylor ham, bacon, chicken fingers, and finally topped with fries. It was a nice brunch at 10:30.

Very little due to cost and time. Sandwich from home, soup or 4 ounces of chicken from the salad bar.
