Hi Guys
Just fitted my Gman Bully and followed instructions on disabling the FI Warning light (NB. not Gman instructions). Instructions on the web advise to cut the wire at pin 23 on the ECU and all will be good. Not so, cutting this wire disables the entire bike...... ![]() Had to back track through everything to get the bike running again. So if anyone knows how to disable the FI warning light after diconnecting the O2 sensors on a 2011 bike please let me know. |

call the GMan and talk to a tech...
GMan Industries I believe they will walk you thru this...also thought these things were supposed to be a simple plug and play...good luck.

It was the disabling of the O2 sensors that caused the issue. |

O2 sensor is unique to Australia and Some Others like California thing.
So most in the USA don't know about the O2 Sensor. But I am sure Gman has seen this problem before. Not the wire cutting but what to do with O2 sensors and the Gman Bully.

Okay, an update on disabling the O2 Sensors.
I stuffed up, very easy mistake to make. Most of the information sheets on the Internet for disabling the O2 sensors advise to cut / disable pin 23 on the ECU, many also say to cut the Black wire with the Brown stripe. It is pin 23, but it is definitely not the Black / Brown wire, that is actually pin 6 on the opposite side of the connector.

Oops...missed your last post.
Hey, I've done that before. Nothing a little walking away and settling down doesn't usually fix though. Congrats! BTW, you needn't ever worry about calling Gman (Gary) for help. Few know our bikes as well as he does and he's very personable. He's also Pacific West Coast time. Gman Industries rates in the tops for me! Glad you got it figured out.

I'm in Australia so West Coast time don't help
Been dealing with Marcus, very helpful. Gman unfortunately don't have a solution for the O2 Sensors. For some reason the Oz bikes have a 4 pin O2 sensor connector, nobody appears to have an eliminator. |

Hey Ozrider, looks like I have to also disable the O2 Sendor. Do you have any pics or more info on where the plug you mentioned is located and if it is the same for a 2008 C50?
Also, your post mentiones that your "disabling the FI Warning light" WHen I installed the GMan bully, the FI warning light doesnt come on. I havent yet noticed any increase or decrease in power with the bully so I presume its due to the O2 sensor as you mentioned, but I dont have an issue with the FI warning light. cheers
