I used painters tape (blue) on the airbox to avoid chipping the plastichrome, it worked fine..just don't get too aggressive with the drill, let it cut without a ton of pressure applied.

Send me an email and I'll send it to you, but make sure you have my Bully or another processor and be prepared to adjust is as letting more air in requires adding more fuel or she will be super lean and that's not good.

My email GMan@GManIndustries.com

Thanks for the response GMan , I was away on vacation. I picked up a used Bully processor of yours from a member here and have hooked it up to an Honest Abe'd stock exhaust and 1400 Drive Mod (M50Dave version) with the GIPro with ATRE on my 07 C50. I already have a KN filter but not installed. I think I have it set up for Stage 2 at the moment but due to weather/winter temps. I havent had much chance to play around with settings. Seems user friendly enough and the bike runs ok at the moment but I am looking forward to the airbox mod etc.

I will send you an email. Thanks in advance.
George

My '03 carb Vol runs K & N without extra holes just fine. I love it. If you install K & N you must rejet carb. Runs just fine at low speeds without jetting but grab a fist full of throttle and it will fall on it's face.
