I just installed one! I'm in Mass and I had it delivered in 2 days off ebay from 6Sigma. Very detailed instructions and Carb Schematic included. The bike seems to run great, although it's winter so I haven't been able to do more than go around the block. But my bike was always cold blooded and lean running. The bike now runs better, doesn't need to live off the choke. My only concern was my Sigma kit was "built to order" as I told them I was running the HyperCharger and Thunder adapter, and Sigma made no reference to "plugging the secondary air vent in the carb" as I've read thunder suggests. I actually emailed them last night asking why. BUt all in all I would recommend the kit. As i said I haven't been able to really ride the bike yet, but it seems 100 times better on the stand and around the block. It's looking like an early spring here, so hopefully in a few weeks I can give you a more detailed review

i just ordered some hard krome 3" staggered straights yesterday so when the pocket book heals up i'll probably order the kit. for awhile i'll be running the hk pipes with a stock filter but i want to get a k&n and keep the oem air box. will i need different jets when i add the k&n?

My Father-In-Law runs the HK Staggereds on his Volusia in stock form and has had no issues. But if you add the K&N I would 100% do a re-jet. All the Volusa's I've seen seem to run on the lean side in stock form, so adding a high flow filter I would def. re-jet. 6Sigma takes about a day to respond via email, however I have emailed them several times after my purchase with questions and they have been a great help.
