I forget what it's for...some sort of plumbing fixture though...(upper seal for a flush valve maybe?)..paid a whopping $0.53 for it at the local hardware 2 years ago no cracks yet, still holds well...Just enough to maintain speed but allows rolling off the throttle with zero effort.
