1. No phone service or live person to talk to.
2. The site search engine is the poorest of any on the web I have ever seen. Often in never pulls up what you are searching for, even though Oneida has the item. 3. An RMA must be used for any returns. This is not a normal or usual requirement for a retailer. 4. The RMA must be requested in 5 days. Both Motorcycle Superstore and BikeBandit have much better customer service. Richard Boroff |

Although, I have not had to return anything to Oneida I have used RMAs before and I like them because the RMA ensures what the return results will be. It's a lot better than just shipping something back and never really knowing what is going to happen. The guy or gal authorizing the RMA often has the authority to make a deal with you rather than some guy or gal at the receiving dock getting your return. And the receipt of your return by the receiving dock just triggers the RMA agreed to action.
I recently called for an RMA with Amazon and they said they would just credit my account and they didn't even need me to return the filter that didn't fit my application.

I was skeptical ordering from them, but luckily I had no problems. Their processing took a bit longer than I'm used to, with basically no updates in the system, but the price was good and I got what I ordered. According to Google, they do seem to be hit and miss...

I only have placed one order with Oneida Suzuki for 6 parts 3 specific to my model Motorcycle and 3 with a generic fit more than one motorcycle. I received all the parts in one shipment no problems but I vary rarely have any problems so it was no surprise. I ordered parts off their exploded views which could have been a problem as those motorcycle exploded views can be quite confusing particularly when the parts for a model vary based on minor model differences within the same year. But I treat exploded views like puzzles which are meant to be solved. I always try to get the order correct from the beginning as shipping charges can quickly add up.

been buying from oneida for years with no problems...did have to return something once (my error) and yes they did charge a restocking fee... overall been lucky I guess. Shipping is expensive so try to make it one stop shopping instead of multiple orders.

This is simple. Don't do business with them if you don't like the way they do business.

Don't do business with Oneida is right. If you do you will be sorry. If you don't believe , live and learn. Worst service or should I say non service I have ever seen. Should be illegal.

I don't know why people keep thinking they're going to get a great customer experience, dealing with web-based companies... Sure, you save a buck, but when something is wrong? You have to jump through so many hoops it really is a colossal aggravation. Next time, try supporting your brick-and-mortar retailer. Have them order what you need. It may cost a bit more, but you'll at least have the advantage of dealing with a live human being who will do whatever is necessary to make it right.

I've had no issues in the 7 or so years I've been ordering from them. Then again, recently I've been ordering from Boulevard Suzuki since their prices are considerably lower on OEM replacement parts. And I can save a few bucks by picking the parts up when they get them in.
