Ok, I consider myself a reasonably intelligent person and quite computer savvy, but is there not a User Directory here, and the ability to search profile fields?

Example, I would like to see if we have added any users with "Memphis" in their profile? I've tried searching posts for like "user directory" and trying to be a good little member, but I finally decided I had to ask. Either we don't have one or it isn't intuitive....or both.
