Tip Over Switch Holes Stripped

While finishing up reassembling the bike after flushing the coolant the other night, I noted a stray bolt wedged between the starter cover and the rear jug. I looked around, and found it came from the sensor, that I assume is the tip over sensor, on the down post behind the rear jug. figuring it just came loose and fell out, I propped some blue loctite to it and stuck it back in the hole, nothing, threads stripped. I went out to my bins and found a 1/2" longer bolt and washer and stuck it in. It just barely grabbed threads. I went and dug more and found a inch longer bolt than stock, and it still barley grabs threads. this is a threaded boss welded to the frame, so no way to get a nut behind it that I know of. noticed the other bolt was loose as well, and its barely holding. For now, I gooped it up with blue loctite, and snugged it to the point to right before it breaks free again. I need a permanent fix, but one I can do with the motor still in. I cant even get a tap in there to try and go one size bigger in a Standard bolt..

Any Ideas? I must of stared at it for an hour trying to figure it out, my only idea was to JB weld or Red Loctite, some studs in the holes and let it dry, and just have studs holding the sensor in place of the bolt.

Not sure where you're referencing because it's too cold for me to go out and look, but can you get a helicoil or a keensert in there?

No way to get a drill in there to oversize the hole for a Helicoil or Timesert. I thought of going one size bigger even standard on a tap, but even that will be fun to keep it straight. Its right behind the Rear Jug, on the down post under the seat. the gob of Blue Loctite should hold it for now. Ill try Duffys method with the JB weld soon, never heard of it, but ill try it. I may even weld some studs in I can get my mig tip in there, just barely.
