c 50 t

can someone explain the difference between a c-50 and a c-50-t, I own a 2004 volusia limited ,I think it is caught between the intruder and c-50 era?
I found a c-50-t on Craigs List and would like a little knowledge (which could make me dangerous!)

When they rebadged the bikes on 05 as the Boulevard C50, they offered a model with stock saddlebags, OEM windshield, and a passenger backrest and called it a "Touring" model. Hence, the C50T. But it's the same bike. I believe this changed over the last year or two with a C50T being used for what was called just a C50, but IMHO that just confuses the heck out of people.

I have a 2012 C50T classic which means it has the two tone paint & studded seats that the bagger has but didn't come with the bags or windscreen. It is just a little more dressed up version of the regular C50

There was a post here a few days ago with a road test review of the two for 2013. Seems I remember their droping the T for 13? Old brains don't remember so good. I slept since then.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

'05 Honda VTX 1300R Champion trike Kit. Mustang Seats and Backrests, Kuryakyn ISO grips, pegs, floorboards, shifter and brake peddles, Cup Holder. Universal passenger arm rests, Wolo horn, Vista Cruise, Shark 600 watt stereo, ShowChrome Risers, lots of chrome.

They did change the fender at some stage, they are rounded off front and rear.

Found out the hard way, the chrome tips/trim of earlier models don't fit.

Cheers, Ozrider
