Default Bike stuttering, try Seafoam first?

I have an 05 C50, 5500 miles. I've had a random stutter happen twice since i've owned it (only 1K miles, bought it in Sept this year). The first time, my gas light was on, and i figured the gas had just sloshed awkwardly in the tank causing the sputter. Today, it happened again, and i have over half a tank of fuel still. I was making a long left turn through an intersection, goosed the throttle when i straightened up, and it skipped, stuttered and thudded until i released the throttle and got back on it again. Not a real big deal since it's only happened twice, but i'd like to remedy whatever is causing this. Should I try Seafoam with my next fill up to clean the injectors or something? I've never used fuel additives before, and problems like this is why i wanted to avoid another carb'd motorcycle.

Try having six of them!
Actually I guess I'm fortunate as I can only recall a Holley 750 double pumper giving me trouble in all my time of driving.

Sea Foam will not harm anything so why not give it a try.

I had a similar issue after I washed the bike. I assumed (correctly I think) that I got water in the tank. My fuel pump was also loader than normal. I used an fuel additive from Yamalube, I couldn't find Seafoam. The additive worked for me.
