Mine did that, the shop mechanic said to reverse the riser caps, think the white dot is now on top...anyway it did the trick......before the bars would just not tighten down...

When doing the beer can shim, should I try and sand off the outside of the can first? I'm planning on using a Fosters oil can since its a little thicker, and I think will increase the badassness of my bike by tenfold.
