Does anyone know where I can find a service manual for my 2008 C50?

Don't forget about Clymer and Haynes manuals available on eBay. They're usually around $30 shipped.

Any recommendations as to which is better for a less experienced owner?

They all stink IMHO. I say go with the Suzuki 2005 PDF version. Probably close enough as past years were basicly the 2004 manual with a few supplement pages. The main exception was the 2005 FI info which will be in the '05 PDF.

There are differences. Small ones, albiet , but ones to drive you nutz in the middle of a project. like wiring, wire jacks, guages.

prolly won't see a clymers w/ the 2008 in it till after January 2009.
