So my engine has to come out for some work this winter. was thinking about possibly swapping in a bigger motor. Anyone have sugestions? I was thinking about trying to swap in fuel injection at the same time.
My bikes an 01 volusia. (tried to search but couldn't find anything, sorry if a topic already exists like this)

IMO, you could probably get gently used 2005 and up bike for a few more bucks than what it would cost for an engine swap if it can even be done without too much modification. I see lots of Boulevards for around $3k being sold.
