Default C90 drive

I need a bigger bike BUT since I'm broke, decided to install a C90 drive instead. Way cheaper.
First of, thanks to M50Dave. The drive is in an excellent shape and the instructions were perfect.
So I did the install over the weekend and I am amazed the difference it has made. I have a 30 mile commute on highway and the fact that I can cruise comfortably at 80mph (indicated) without my pipes screaming (which frankly I kind of miss), or my fingers falling asleep, and being able to actually use the mirrors bc now they have recognizable reflections on them...
And I know someone will point out that I still need a bigger bike, but now I can say that I WANT one instead of NEEDING it!

So for any of you who is thinking whether or not to do it, I would strongly recommend it. Before you do though, there are negative points too that is only fair I make you aware of.

1- I find that I ride at higher speeds bc it is more comfortable which is affecting how cage drivers feel about sharing the road with me
2- Pipes are so much quieter than I can hear the engine which drives me crazy.
3- Takes longer to get tired so I end up riding more so I spend more in gas.

Those are terrible problems that need to be taken in consideration too!!

Be safe

Finally took my '07 C50 on a road trip since I did the final drive mod. I have one of the new KruZ drives which came off of a Cavalcade. The drive did great and I was very happy with the highway performance. I did find myself having to do more downshifting two up in the mountains but nothing wrong with cruising in 4th when a little more torque is needed. One thing it didn't do was keep me warm and dry on the 48 degree ride home in the rain.
