a year ago september i totaled my 06 suzy bully c50. long story short i was stopped in the left turn lane, light turned green i went. a guy in a minivan that was in his left turn lane on the other side of the intersection decided he was gonna go straight last second. broke my ankle in 2 places and seperated my pelvis by about 3 inches, got metal in both of em now. courts deemed it my fault. 6 months off work and in a rehab facility. in april i got another 06 c50. i knew if i was gonna get another bike it was gonna b what i had b4. happy i can still ride and i can show my love for the boulevard

welcome back...sorry about the mishap and then being being a victim again with our judicial system...one has to wonder how justice is ever dealt fairly...glad to see you back riding again...be careful ou there.

Welcome back. I can't say as I understand the court ruling, but glad to hear you have healed well. Congrats' on the new (to you) C50 too.

thanks all. there was a camera at the intersection so i did get a video of the crash. the angle didnt help my case any. also state farm insurance really dropped the ball. they wouldnt release the phone call with the guy driving the dodge journey (at least it wasnt a prius) to my lawyer saying he decided to go straight instead of turn last second. and he told the cops he was so many feet from the intersection when he changed lanes. i was also knocked 20 feet out of my boots, wasnt wearing a lid, and i really tested the cell phone case otterbox.
