Put paula and I down at this time. Don't think I need anything done to the bike. But I can bring tools if the are needed. I might be able bring some food? ;-)

Jay, please put Mike and I on the attendees list, with our thanks.

If the event is on May 7th, we are in for sure. If moved to the 14th/15th, it may not work for us due to some very tentative plans for that weekend ... but that remains to be seen.

I've got 2 potential wrench projects (auxiliary lights, chain oiler). I already own the oiler, and am waiting for warmer weather to deploy it. I hear it's not difficult, so I may not wait. The auxiliary lights are kinda pie-in-the-sky at this point; I still don't have an acceptable place to mount a set. Maybe I will by then, and if so, it'd be great to have help getting all that Tupperware off in order to get into the headlight bucket.

Come on, Spring!

With a band saw, drill press, and welder out in the mancave, I'm sure we can fabricate brackets to mount your lights wherever you want them.

I just threw the 14/15th out there. As of right now the date is the 7th.

Paraquat, you have to be there. Jay has one rear end already scheduled and you have to be there to explain and show how to do the "Paraquat, rear end removal technique" that you developed on your bike last year. Jay is always so giddy when talking about what you taught us all. Totally by accident of course. But still a nice lesson.

Hope your winter is a good one

Yep, that's my rear end on the list. Can't wait to see/hear about this removal technique. LOL!! I am looking forward to the mod.

Dennis if you want, I could clean and oil your K&N Air Filter we didn't get to last year at Kens BBQ?:?

New to the group and looking forward to meeting everyone. Please put me down for one a this point. (The wife may join me, but on 4 wheels).

Will come to say "Hi" to everyone, but might like some help installing my Stebel airhorns or a set of Kuryakyn Driving Lights, if I don't get them done before hand.

See you all on the 7th!

Hi Capt.
I'm caging through Ludlow this Saturday afternoon. Any chance I can drop off my DJ drive at your place?
Thanks,
Jeff

#15 ·
Absolutely. Just give me an idea of what time.

#27 ·
Please PM the address so I can plan the route. As a noob, it will be the longest ride I've taken since I got back in the saddle. Pray for good weather too!

#31 ·
Looks like a possibility of 2 DJ Drive Installations next Saturday.

Well that ought to keep people busy!! :D

I'm still planning to bring the parts for my front lighting upgrade -- basically will convert my front turn signals into daytime running lights plus front turn signals.

And I haven't yet gotten around to installing the chain oiler.

Hay Jay & Michelle, Paula's plans changed. She has to sing at the 4:00 Mass and then she is taking her mother out for dinner. So if you need another jack (yeah, I got one) and tools I can bring out my set. But then I will be caging it.

leLimoman, either way, I will connect with you. Fastest way and safest way is the mass pike. Straight shot, right lane and you see who and what is coming.

wow. Do you have any idea how awesome this sounds? The offer to come either work on your bike with us, or let us work on your bike? Come meet us, eat with us, laugh with us --- you are offering a wonderful extension of a family. God bless you!

It's chilly up here in Canada. Wish the miles/kilometers were a tad bit closer.

I hope this proves to be a great time together for you.

With a jealous heart,

This will be our 7th year Lois. Everyone really pitches in and helps each other out, plus it's a good opportunity just to get together in the spring for some food on the grill.

Every year we do at least one DJ drive, this year we're doing two.

Always have an electrical project or two going on too. Plan on coming down sometime and sharing in the festivities.... Your always welcome to join us.

I also encourage people in other parts of the country to do this also, I got the idea from a group in Florida that used to do this.

#37 ·
Your more than welcome to come. What part of CT??? We have other members coming from CT as well.

#39 ·
Awe heck...your very close. Easy ride here.

Sitting at my desk in Southbridge watching the rain POUND on the roof below...yuck! But I'm looking forward to the bright spot which is this Saturday's Wrench Party and the install of my DJ drive. I am so psyched and can't wait to see how this mod is done!

Was also wondering if I could have this custom cover installed too?
Just kidding...LOL!!!
