It was a great ride and great people but to be honest, it was 15 minutes too far going there and 45 too far coming back. Hands are stiff and sore and same for the old knees. Still worth it.

And I even managed to avoid getting a piece of the peanut butter pie Ken had. Was VERY tempted.

Well, yes, in some ways. I have an entire Blueberry Pie here at home that my daughter gave me. It goes with the spice cupcakes with pumpkin moose filling and butter cream frosting that I made. The banana, raison nut bread my bride made and the banana muffins she made. Along with 1/2 a 22 pound turkey and all the fixins.

With that list, avoiding one more slice of decadince is a good thing. PErspective is what it is all about.

needless to say the first thing I did when I got home was to put on the coffee and cut a big slice of that pie my daughter surprised me with...biggest mistake my little girl ever made...will save alot of gas money now on those trips to the amish country...

Well while you were all out enjoying your ride, we went to see TSO at Mohegan Sun.

While there we had heard it was going to be a cold winter, and keeping with the Thanksgiving spirit we spent a few hours after the concert donating money to the indians so they could buy new loin cloths and be warm.

Needless to say - they will be warm now.

We did keep the dessert theme and left with some Krispy Kreme donuts, (and empty pockets).

It was a good show Dennis - always is - this is our fourth year in a row going.

Did you hear us honking - there was an accident on Rt 2 so we detoured around it on 87 thru Columbia - honked our horn all the way thru shouting your name.

Great riding day yesterday, after lunch I rode up Epping, NH. I got home around 8:45 PM 265 mile day not bad for November.

I'm going to see TSO tonight in Manchester, looking forward to the show.
Thanks Dennis for putting this together.
