Mike is the guy I talked to and he said he can't change it in the system and that the manager has to do it. He told me to call back in the morning to speak with the manager to change the rate. Kris.....help!

I'm in training all day tomorrow, but if I get a break, I will be calling the manager who I talked to just this morning. She will fix this! I'm annoyed that she doesn't have it in the system right.

Just book my room. took the double beds. Spoke to Mike.
He explained that the computer system is showing a football game
that weekend (even though there isn't one) and the Friday & Saturday
rate currently showing is based on that.
I gave him my email address for my confirmation # and for verification of
the rate correction.

not booked yet but put me down... good job on this...btw...$399 for a room on a football weekend...nuts to say the least but then thats the mentality of the diehard college football fan.
