Is there a "group" to which we refer for any group rates or are there no group rates at any of them?

No group rate, the places that offered that originally said they would give us 10% off, but because of the unusually high early bookings the hotels I spoke with in Jan chose not to offer that now unless we were going to use more than 10 rooms. The rates posted were the online rates.

Great job finding all the motels & setting these all up. They all seem to be fine motels to me, I've even stayed at a few of them.
That1Girl and I are all booked! We reserved each night in a room with 2 queen beds except the final night in Torry @ The RimRock, we took a king bed(1). So when we get closer to the date if we are running short on rooms for everyone, we would be willing to share our rooms if needed except @ The RimRock.
This is going to be Great! I am getting excited.
