Default Things I Learned at the Fall BrVR Rally....

OK, I looked for it and nobody has stepped up. So I'll start.

What did you learn this weekend??

* Harley owners really do care about cost and will not pay too much just for the sake of the HD name. T-shirts, I mean.
* I don't guess I've noticed them previously, but Lori has a huge pair of ...................risers.
* Group riding is still a rush....even in the rain.
* TGreene either drinks cheap wine or just likes to talk about it a lot.
* KidMoe is a quiet but class act. Period.
* Lori hates country music, and Brenda doesn't.
* It's apparently a really long walk b/w the lower level rooms and the restaurant.
* if your wood is wet, it just might be hard to deal with
* Even though I didn't get to do a 200 mile ride, eat a salad at the Overlook or have a group picture at a scenic place....I'm still glad I went!

I didn't think anyone had started one yet either Eric, but I hadn't looked much yet!

*I learned that riding with 3 Harleys isn't such a bad thing after all!

*Sachl gets really upset when he is the butt of a waitress joke pulled on him! But it was d@mn good!!!!

*Staying at the Hub on a rainy Saturday afternoon and NOT going for a ride in the rain ain't such a bad thing. Kind of nice actually.

*Cindy, Jerry, Don and Roy really got Randal's wet wood going!

*These weekends are the best of my life and look forward to every one of them.

*Dynaman ROCKS!!!!!

(By the way, it was 2 of the Harley guys (Jon and Scott) that helped me push my bike UPHILL so we could push it downhill to get it started!!
THANK YOU BOTH. )

NO! It's the battery. Static it's only holding about 10.5 volts. When I put it on the charger it pegged the amp meter and wouldn't drop.

But.....that was my first thought Colleen! I was at 15094 miles when it died.

I wasn't at the Ralley, but I met the Kid, and June in the Keys.

I agree with your statement 100%, and add June to it!

I hate wine, and I don't remember ever talking about wine, but I think I was pretty drunk as usual, so ???

When you drunk called me twice you said you were going to pass me around like a cheap bottle of wine.
Sorry we couldn't keep a connection though.

Hmm, where to start?

1. For a biker joint, the HUB is a **** nice place!
2. Best prime rib I've had in AR at least = Scooters
3. Dark chocolate M&M's are just as good as regular when hungry on a ride.
4. Laurie always has plenty of crackers at these events
5. Len's bike weighs plenty with him on it
6. Going to bed early on the last night, at least when the wife is attending, has it's advantages
7. Not all in ground pools are simple to swim in. But even dirt filled ones can be done if enough beer is added to the mix
8. The HUB has a dedicated beer disposal tree. Or at least it does now.

I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting, but hey...

And you're right some Harley boys are cheap! Just not on the bike purchase is all...

I thought that may be the case. Glad it's a (relatively) cheap fix though.
