Leftover Model Question

During these winter months I get bored and read up on different models of bikes. One model that piqued my interest is a V Star 1300 Deluxe. It comes complete with matching hard bags, a fairing that includes a gps/ Bluetooth/satellite system with speakers.
I found one today that is a leftover from 2013. The dealer will even add an additional 2 years to the factory warranty.
Should there be any concerns with a bike that has sat for 4 years.

The only thing I can think of is mainly the tires. If it was assembled as a model, there would be flat spots and the age says tjey should be replaced due to dry rot. Se goes for any rubber hoses.

Tires could be dry rotted, rubber bits in the engine could be brittle. If it was stored with fuel in the tank, that could have gone bad and caused varnish to build up inside the tank/fuel pump.

As long as they were willing to give it a 100% check up before delivery and are willing to honour all warranty offers, then there is no reason not to go look at it.

The 1300 deluxe is a sweet ride. I'd say go for it. I'd negotiate to have the dealer replace the tires and give at least one free service to go along with the extended warranty, but buying a leftover like this is the only way to buy new in my opinion.
