I'm glad your ankle is healing.

56 degrees this morning 2 hours before sunrise as I was riding my c-50 home from work. 8 hours later @ 13:00 it's 62F.

Rain in the forecast, but I don't care. I'm riding.

WHY would anybody want to live up north where you must store your bike, half of your paycheck goes to pay for heating oil & bondo? I ain't never been up north, but they ALL say the girls look better down South here too.

Hey Normam,,,let's go ice fishing. LOL

Haven't you heard, Boston is the drunkest city in the US. When you're that drunk you think all the girls look good.

Glad your able to ride! And good to hear able your ankle recovery. I have no problem riding when it is cold. (BTW don't use heating oil and have never used bondo I personally hate humidity, so each has different reasons for living where they desire).

BUT I can't ride right now! Even though it will be in the 50's end of the week! I tore ligaments in my hand and that is keeping me off the bikes, OK, my friend took my bike keys also, they know me to well

Interesting that it's about 20 degrees warmer in the a.m. in 'Bama than here in Southern Cal. Our afternoon temps are about the same as yours are currently. Either way - keep on ridin'.

I've thwarted cold weather here. How? By buying new cold weather gear. Mary got me a Gerbings jacket liner for Christmas. Only needed it 1 time so far. Then over the weekend I got some boots on sale that are good down to -40, and a pair of textile riding pants with a thermal liner. I haven't needed the boots and I wore the pants the other day with only underarmor legging type pants underneath, and was hot. I figure I'm good for longer rides into the 20's now.

It was 50 today on my way home from the data center. Not that I'm complaining!
