Default whats the name

What do you call the style of motorcycle that looks like the old fashioned WWII era motorcycles that have low flat handlebars? They curve back like a half circle but they don't rise or fall from front to back just flat. Hope I'm describing that good enough.

I would call it COOL!
I think your describing "beach bars" for the handle bars. Other than "retro" I have nothing.

I believe you are describing a style of handlebar that was used on "boardtrack racers, although on racers the bars were rotated down so the rider could lean more forward in a aerodynamic position.
