Thanks for the heads up, I was considering one for my Road King, I think I'll get another brand.

Whatever brand that you buy my suggestion would be to make sure that fairing fits with a lightbar.

Have you called Alex at Reckless? I only ask because the C-50 fairings are fairly new so he may or may not know that this is an issue. In the past he has worked well with customers and has been known to ship new brackets. Make sure you talk to Alex, the other guys can sometimes give the runaround.

It wasn't my fairing. I installed it for a friend. For 1100.00 you shouldn't have to call anyone for a bracket and it should be stated right up front that it won't work with the OEM lightbar.

Just wondering, even though I think it would still be tight, do you think that a set of "Grotes" would fit? They are very shallow depth wise compared to what you got there.

If they are shallower on the back side they would probably fit. The center hole from the old mounting position to the center hole on the new mounting position is 2 inches. The OEM lighbar lights stick way out in the back.

I had these on my Vol so I went out and took a side shot.
Same diameter as what you have there but front to back much shallower.
3.25"s front to back and the mounting bracket throws them forward.

They look like they might work. I'll have to have my friend measure the width of the lights to see what the stock ones are.
