Just follow Red/Green's advice and fix the leaks with the handy man's friend Duck Tape.
Duck Tape is perfect for a leaky boat.

The 49-year-old Maine native said Tuesday he's been paddling the waters of metro Boston since October with all his possessions aboard a 14-foot, 40-year-old aluminum canoe he patches with duct (duck) tape when necessary.

Man's home a 14-foot canoe in Boston Harbor

Anyway...glad things are going well. Maybe you could sell the boat to that informerical company for the spray-on leak fixer. Just a thought.
TN,

I still remember you.

CONGRATS on getting back on the saddle.
