Mrs. Clause stopped by the house while I was at work today and dropped off my Christmas present a little early! Other then the glove liners are a tad small [X-small instead of X-large] I am looking forward to getting the bike wired up for this new heated gear!

nice! I asked for a Gerbings liner. I already have gloves that Mary bequeathed to me, they were way too big for her and she got some lady style ones, and I bought a dual controller off the Concours forum for 40 bucks shipped. I still need to hook up the wire to the battery. I have a tender line on there now and was trying to figure out a way to adapt the Gerbing connector to the tender connector, but instead, there is a reverse adapter out there that lets you hook your tender to the Gerbings connection, so I'm going that route.

I'm hoping Santa will bless us with good riding and camping weather for two weeks from Dec. 21st to Jan. 5th. We have planned for several weeks to ride for 10 days PCH, US1 in California for our annual winter vacation. Last week, purchased the Nelson Riggs CBT600 luggage set to go along with a Coleman 2 person tent, double sleeping bag, air mattress, and new boots for her. Quick tune up for the bike to include Jim's spacers, Shark Radio.
Tested the luggage last week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Traveled 2up over 4 days and 600+miles visiting family in 3 cities in the Texas Hill Country. Everything worked well and wife was happy with the set up and travel each day. No more than 4 hours per day with a break each hour. Last Dec., 2 weeks in the Sedona AZ area and year before that was 2 weeks in Colonial interior Mexico. Just waiting on the calendar and nice weather window break.
