New_OLD_Rider, I missed the heel shifter too, at first. But once I got used to toe-shifting (which didn't take long), I realized that I enjoyed being able to move my boots anywhere on the floorboard without whacking the shifter by accident -- something I used to do fairly often. Amazing-handling bike, isn't it? Congrats, and welcome to the Victory chapter! .

I thought I would miss the heel toe shifter to so I had one put on when I bought the bike. Guess what.....I never use it. More comfortable just using the toe shifter.
On the OEM heel toe shifter - the heel portion is small and close to the case.
