I've been using an inexpensive Tom Tom 340 M for three years and 30K miles now. No complaints. It tells me where I am and I bet if I had a street address in heell it would tell me how to get there.
I never thought I needed one but it was a gift so it's fun and something to play with

[QUOTE=Tanker2Biker; it seems the vibration sometimes causes the unit to see the plug not as a power source, but as the connection to the PC (which it is when it is plugged into the PC).
.[/QUOTE] I have this same problem with my older Garmin. I found through trial and error that if I use velcro to secure the power cable to the handlebar, right of the gps unit, that eliminates this little quirk. Thanks all for the info.
![]() ![]() It seems that most of you feel like I do. I was more impressed with what the Garmens offer. I had not heard of the Zuma but I'll check it out. I think that I'll take the advise and try to find a place to play with some. THANKS AGAIN ALL. P.S. I have a woman but that is why I'm listening to my Ipad when we ride ![]() ![]() ![]()
