think I'll be a good sport and treat her to a new snow brush with an extended handle so she has no problems when she's cleaning off my truck...maybe make a suggestion also that she put on the coffee before she heads out to clean the driveway and vehicles...

I made that corned beef yesterday for tonight. Food gets better after the flavors marry for a day although my after nap pre-bed bowl was delicious. Last night I made a smoked salmon salad for dinner from part of a fillet I smoked Sunday.
I also smoked a fattie with the salmon. Not that kind of fattie (although they somehow managed to get involved). This one was a mix of 1lb burger, 1lb ground pork mixed together with a pack of onion soup and a pack of brown gravy mix, flattened out with a layer of onions peppers and shredded cheese and then rolled like a pumpkin roll sealing the ends so they don't leak and smoked for 3 hours. OMG the smoke ring was picture perfect.
I mainly do the cooking at home since it keeps me off the streets and out of trouble. Not only that but never realizing it that I'm pretty darn good at it.

Some people have all the luck. The snowblower all gassed up, ready to go, I have the day off & not a flake in site. Can't see the top of the hill from here, but all last weekend it was covered with snow.
