Yeah I REALLY like water cooled- Even in the north up here in Ontario- Summer heat is brutal without it. Personally I would stay liquid cooled fer sure!

LOL, I tell ya, you'd be surprised at how hot some of the new liquid cooled bikes are running.

It always cracks me up when people move into a large bike and then complain about it being hotter. Of course it is! You go from an 800cc C50 to a 1600+, it's twice the engine- there is going to be more heat no matter how it's cooled!

Glad to see you're doing better! Hope you get the bike you want!!! All I'm gonna say is that my buddy's biggest complaint about Harleys is that he had to stop so many time on the side of the road to cool down... But I tell ya, if I had the chance I'd get me a harley too!!! Enjoy it!!! And I'll be swinging down there in a couple of month to check out your new ride!

Make sure that Harley has a crotch shield to protect your from the heat at the front of the seat. The rear cylinder head sits just under the front part of the seat. They make a shield that goes under the front part of the seat to redirect the heat away.

I hope the Harley works out for you Big Bird, and we're all glad you're going to stay on the site and in the KruZ business!
