Up here that jacket is $200.00 complete. The camo one is $225.00

Checked them out at Home Depot today.

From my research, the Kobalt heated jacket is out of stock everywhere. I was able to locate online a Milwaukee Tools rechargable heated jacket through Home Depot at a slightly higher price of $129 and free shipping. Different sizes are different prices and some are sold-out as well. Planning for a Pacific Coast moto tour for two weeks in late Dec. Ordered 2 of the jackets. Me and the wife. Gotta keep her warm on these rides...

I'm not able to utilize the plug in type of heated gear due to riding 2up and the dual controls are more than the bikes charging system can handle.

I purchased the Milwaukee XL with the cigarette lighter adapter and a battery tender lead to a cigarette lighter so that I can wear it on the bike or use the battery. The part number for the 12 vdc plug adapter is 49-24-2301. I was able to get it on eBay new for 32.49 delivered. Home Depot has them cheaper.

Milwaukee M12 Heated Jacket 12-Volt DC Adapter 49-24-2301 at The Home Depot

If you have a power outlet (cigarette lighter) on the bike you won't need the additional adapter to go to the battery tender lead that will give you one.

If you need the other adapter this what I went with.

Just bought the Kobalt jacket a week ago today at the Lowe's in Mtn. Home, AR. Haven't needed it yet as we're in the 70's today.

Someone brought up MC specific gear. I also have TourMaster 3/4 jacket. With a windbreaker or light jacket underneath it keeps me warm in as cold as I want to ride weather - mid-twenties. Got the Kobalt jacket to replace the windbreaker. Have matching TM pants and I have some Cycle Gear boots that although not made for cold weather have suprised me as to how warm they are. For really cold Weather I have two pair of insulated waterproof tactical boots. Simple bandanna keeps the face warm inside the fullface helmet.

Have electric gloves but rarely use them anymore. As long as the core is warm the extremities are pretty good.
