Coldest I've been in has been 23 degrees. My usual gear consists of a full face helmet, Scorpion Invasion pants , Scorpion Hat trick jacket (both items with all the liners) , SIDI boots and a pair of gortex gloves. Other than that, just my dress shirt and slacks for work.
I'm starting to look around for a pair of heated gloves (or maybe heated grips), the only part of me that gets the slightest bit chilly are the tips of my fingers. When it warms up, I just start removing the scorpion liners until I'm comfy.

I'll ride as long as it's above freezing. Don't want to hit ice or turn to ice. No heated gear but I'm warm everywhere but my hands down to freezing. Might invest in some dirt bike style hand guards this year to block the wind from my fingers.

Nope, only 41 here. That is funny how the gear is basically the same. We're a couple walking billboards for Scorpion (my helm is a Scorpion EXO 700)

I'll ride as long as it's above freezing. Don't want to hit ice or turn to ice. No heated gear,
insulated coveralls, water proof down jacket, but I'm warm everywhere but my hands down to freezing. Might invest in some wind deflectors this year to block the wind from my fingers. Oh, I'm 66 |

Last week I rode 490 miles on Tuesday.. It was 28 when I started, and 50 9 hours later when I got home.
The majority of ride was under 36 degrees. -Tim

Probably lowest I have ridden in is low to mid 30's. I have electric vest but other than that it's just layers with a Tourmaster Intake juacket with both liners in over the vest. Only part that really gets cold is fingers. I worry more about ice/snow on the road on shady curves than I do about temperatures.
